All payments are processed through the application so you don’t have to abrasively call your server to the table to pay. And on top of all that, every time you use Rescounts you collect points towards free meals and drinks. We have all of this in one simple app, so put time aside for what matters and download it today.

After browsing the available restaurants’ menus, the first step is to choose a time and number of guests. The restaurants will then accept your request or propose an alternate time. Then all you have to do is choose your menu items, which you can add on to later, show up on time, eat, pay, and leave.
You will get your servers name with your order confirmation and when you walk in all you need to do is ask for your server and you will be seated right away!
Rescounts is there to mediate between restaurant and guest to make your dine-in experience better but when it comes to any changes with the restaurant itself all calls need to be directed to the restaurant itself. Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund your order if the kitchen has already started to prepare your food.
You can always use the Rescounts app in store even if you don’t want to use the pre-order feature. For this you simply need to tell that server that you will be ordering from the application and the rest of the process will carry on the same.
The meal itself is payed for ahead of time to ensure that the kitchen isn’t wasting any food, however once you’ve ordered, and even added more to your plate, you can tip at the end of your restaurant experience. This way the server is always getting paid for their service.
Yes, of course! We encourage any feedback for us and for our partners. One of Rescounts’ special perk is that you can not only rate the restaurant and food but also the service you received from the staff. At the end of your payment this will be an option, along with a chance to add any pictures or reviews. We always appreciate our clients’ critics because at the end of the day this app is made for you!
After entering a reservation, the restaurant will let you know if your request has been accepted through your mobile application. The process is the same for any food order you put in too.

No, currently we do not charge the user any type of fees for using the application
Unfortunately, for the pre-ordering, points, and free coupons all payments need to be made through the app. However, if you are inside the restaurant and want to make a purchase without our perks you absolutely can!

Every time you reach any redemption points you will be saying in your main page of the app & every time your ordering & about to pay, you will be getting the option of the redemption & up to you to redeem or to keep on accumulating
Yes, you can, every time you are ordering before you finish your order you will have the option of changing the tip
You can find all your previous receipts on your history within your profile & on the same time after every meal you will receive an email confirmation with the receipt
Actually, every time you use the app, you earn points, you keep on accumulating till you reach 500 points where you can redeem $5/- otherwise if you decide not to use it you can keep on redeeming till you reach 1000 where you ll earn $$12/-
You can see your balance on your app home page always AND/OR on your profile under history. Referral code is available always on your profile under referral code
Just press on the link of forgot password, where you will be sent a link to your email than you can change your password or reset it.

Currently every point that you get has a 3 months validity from the day that you get it, after which it’ll expire then you won’t see it on your balance

You have 1 only 1 review however you have 2 different ratings (one for the restaurant as overall experience including food quality, music, atmosphere, cleanliness, and fourth and another rating dedicated directly for your server & how was your experience with them)

The reason for such action is simply you could refer a friend however your friend didn’t create an account or created an account but didn’t use it or created an account with different email than the one you sent the code to.
